The mission of Rolla Channel 16 is to enhance the City of Rolla's, Rolla Public Schools', and Phelps County Regional Medical Center's public information and communication systems, involve the community in local government and Rolla Public School decision-making, and provide useful information to the public.  Rolla Channel 16 is provided by Fidelity Cablevision, Inc. as a commercial channel which is operated by the members of the partnership.

RC6 offers quality public cable programming to the citizens of Rolla in an effective, constructive and economical fashion.  Examples of the kinds of programs RC16 provides include, but are not limited to the following:  Rolla Public School Board, Rolla City Council, and Planning & Zoning meetings; Rolla Municipal Utility board meetings; award banquets; special events & activities; Health Watch and Health Minutes.  Other programming includes, MO Outdoors, Army Newswatch, Missouri Economy Today and Capitol Daily.  A community calendar runs on RC16 when meetings and other programs are not being aired.
