Math Matters is for students that are ready to be challenged in math.  Students are picked by third and fourth grade teachers.  Students learn challenging math in a fun way.  They practice math logic, tanagrams, sodoku, and other math puzzles.  Our goal as teachers is to stretch their minds and encourage them to take a chance.  We build on what they know and take them farther.  We also want them to know math is fun.
