RHS FIELD HOUSE OPENING DATES ANNOUNCED

ROLLA PUBLIC SCHOOLS

After much anticipation, Rolla Public Schools proudly announces the opening of the new Rolla High School Fieldhouse. The inaugural basketball games will be Tuesday, February 6, 2024 (Boys), and Thursday, February 8, 2024 (Girls). 

The RHS Boys Basketball Team will face off against Bolivar on February 6th. Gates open at 4:30 pm, Junior Varsity begins at 5:30 pm, and Varsity tip-off is at 7 pm. The RHS Girls Basketball Team will host Waynesville on February 8th. Gates open at 4:30 pm, Junior Varsity begins at 5:30 pm, and Varsity tip-off is at 7 pm. If you would like to tour the facility, please join us as we partner with the Rolla Chamber of Commerce for a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at 4 pm. This event is open to the public. 

The final Boys' Basketball game in the existing RHS gymnasium will be held tomorrow, January 30, 2024, vs. Parkview. The final Girls' Basketball game in the existing RHS gym will be held Thursday, February 1, 2024, vs. Lebanon. Come out and cheer on the Bulldogs as we make our final sports memories in the facility (yes, really this time!), which has housed countless district events since 1951. The gymnasium will be fully renovated into a 750-seat performing arts center as the final project of the 2020 voter-approved bond issue.
